Whether you are planning an extravagant occasion or working to a budget we can offer a range of services to suit.
Should you need it we can provide a full drinks service including choice of welcome drinks, fine wine for the wedding breakfast, toast drinks and an extensive bar service for the afternoon and/or evening.
In terms of welcome drinks, wine for the wedding breakfast, and toast drinks our prices are extremely competitive when compared to making the arrangements yourself. Even if you are planning to supply your own we strongly recommend you at least ask us for a no-obligation quote. You may be surprised and our prices include glassware, refrigeration and waiter/waitress service which we hope will help take some of stress out of the day for you and your guests! Of course we understand that sometimes you will want to provide your own drinks but we’re still able to help out with glassware and service if that’s what’s needed.
When it comes to the afternoon/evening bar remember we bring everything we need to serve the perfect drink including bar structure, refrigeration, the right number of friendly and experienced staff, fine glassware, glass washing equipment, cleaning equipment, waste and recycling facilities, ice, straws, napkins and fresh fruit for our garnishes. When it comes to the bar you won’t need to worry about a thing!
How about this? In addition to main bar we could provide an additional ‘feature bar’ specialising in gins, cocktails or even both! A feature bar could be used to occupy a particular space at the venue or an hour or two during the day? We’ve really embraced the ‘Gin Revolution’ by stocking around 15 small batch and local gins which we pair perfectly with a fresh garnish and serve in a giant Copa glass! Our cocktails are second to none and who doesn’t enjoy sipping an Espresso Martini whilst showing off their moves on the dancefloor!
We’ve never seen weddings as a cash cow so as with all our event bars hire is typically FREE and our drinks prices are in-line with local pub prices.
Our service is tailored to your requirements but can include:
A personal visit to your home or venue to discuss your exact requirements
We will organise the necessary licensing arrangements on your behalf. Including events at unlicensed premises and extended late licenses.
Our extensive drinks menu includes draught lager/cider/real ale, a huge spirit selection (including 4 or 5 small batch or local gins with premium tonics), lovely wine, elegant cocktails, prosecco and of course soft drinks. We ask for your input with the drinks selection and will provide personalised menus so your quests know what’s on offer!
We guarantee we won’t run out of key lines including lager, cider, wine, vodka, gin, rum, cola, lemonade and tonic! However we’re confident that we’re unlikely to run out of anything! (It hasn’t happened in 6 years!
We can offer welcome drinks including Pimms, prosecco and cocktails. We’ll include the glassware, refrigeration and service! How about devising or naming your own cocktail instead of the more traditional welcome drinks? We can help you with this!
We offer a wine selection and tasting service for your wedding breakfast. We will help choose wines that compliment your food choices and personal preferences perfectly. Unsure of quantities? We’ll provide advice and are able to guarantee that you will not run out. Similarly we’ll take back, free of charge, any unopened products.
We only serve in our own fine unbranded glassware! Plastic just won’t do! Martini glasses, champagne coupes, copper cups… with Panache it’s sure to be a sophisticated affair!
We can provide waiter and waitress service for both food and drink as well as other general duties that help make the day run smoothly!
We promise to provide an appropriate number of smartly dressed, polite friendly staff (fun and smiles included!).
There are a range of bar formats to choose from ranging from traditional elegant bars to modern contemporary bars and even themed bars! These can be further customised to your theme, colour scheme or venue.
We are happy to liaise directly with other parties such as the venue or caterers to ensure that the event runs smoothly.
We can point you in the direction of other service providers who share our same professionalism and passion for events i.e. marquee companies, caterers etc.
